She is our go-to for customer service and administrative needs. She treats each partner in health like family. Tennie enjoys spending time with her family, perfectly curled eyebrows, and a white claw. Feel free to ask Tennie to demonstrate a dance move if you see her!

Donna has been serving partners in health for over 20 years. Her enthusiasm and passion is contagious.  Wrestling season is her favorite time of year and she enjoys cheeseburgers, hanging with the family, and shopping.

Tom is our administrative and marketing guru. He enjoys spending time with his favorite Nurse Practitioner, hunting, smoking meat, and BBQ. He is also our chef on staff, feel free to ask him any healthy/clean eating cooking questions! 

Our Practice

 

Concierge medicine practices provide an excellent patient experience. You have prompt access, 24/7; phone, text, or email communication of your choice; and our home visits and/or telehealth are unrushed and lengthier than standard clinic visit. Establishing relationships with patients enhances care. It is about a one-on-one relationship between a patient and a nurse practitioner—a trusting relationship. That augments the care of the patient.

The Concierge service is the quarterback of a patient's medical team. They will get the specialists they need to take care of the patient, but the care all runs through one nurse practitioner. How you coordinate care is a key factor in concierge medicine—you want to make sure you are doing all you can do for the patient. You use specialists as necessary to augment the care.
